Recognition comes in four kinds: pilot badges, airline achievements, quarterly seasons and monthly community goals. The last three pay money.
Pilot awards
Badges are granted on their own, normally when a flight report is accepted: for hour and flight milestones, smooth landings, high scores, new airports and types, incident-free streaks. They are recognition only: no money and no XP.
Airline achievements
An airline has a hundred honours across ten directions: traffic, network, fleet, safety, finances and more. Only flown flights count, ferries do not, and what is earned stays forever. Each honour pays the airline account by its tier:
Seasons
A season is a calendar quarter and closes itself on 1 January, April, July and October. Pilots are ranked by hours flown. Airlines have two podiums: by passengers carried and, from Q4 2026, by tonnes of cargo. The prizes are the same, the top three take them, and one airline can win both.
Community goals
Once a month the whole platform shares one task: carry so many passengers, fly so many flights, log hours or kilometres. If the goal is reached, everyone with a noticeable contribution is paid, three flights or three hours in the month, for instance.
Each theme has its own badge: Marathoner for Sky marathon, Globetrotter for the circumnavigation, Bridge Builder for Air bridge, Shuttle for Dense traffic. Your first time counted in a theme gives bronze, the second silver, the third and later gold, and earlier levels stay. On top of the shared reward, 1st place by contribution gets the Community Hero badge, 2nd and 3rd the Podium badge.
Each theme also has a prize of the month, for you personally, not your airline. Everyone counted gets it for the next calendar month, even if the goal was reached early. For Sky marathon the platform refunds the maintenance reserve of every accepted flight of yours, for the circumnavigation the navigation charges, for Dense traffic the airport charges, up to ₽3 million per pilot; the money reaches your personal account once a day, and flights on airline aircraft count too. Air bridge gives a voucher for one cabin refit of a personal aircraft up to ₽15 million; it is valid for six months and is applied automatically to your next refit.
Contribute at least 5% of a completed goal's target, say 20 flights out of 400, and you get a brand-new airliner for your personal hangar. Once the goal closes, a congratulation pops up the next time you open the site, and you pick the airliner on the gift page: the congratulation, the notification and a link in My hangar all lead there. You pick the model: A319neo, A320neo, A321neo, 737 MAX 8 and 9, or a factory-fresh classic A319, A320, A321 or 737-700, 800, 900, and the 737-800BCF freighter. The top contributor can also pick an A350-900, 777-200ER or 777F freighter. On the same page you set the delivery airport, the aircraft name and, if you like, the registration and cabin; the factory ferry flight is free. The airliner is given once: if you already have it and contribute 5% or more again, you pick a prize on the same page: 3 more months without insurance and parking, or a new cabin for that airliner paid by the platform; a freighter gets the extension only. No choice in 90 days: the platform extends insurance and parking. For the first six months the platform covers insurance and parking, maintenance is on you, and after that the airliner can be sold.
If the goal is missed, nobody is paid. If it is reached before the month ends, it closes at once and rewards arrive within an hour. A reached goal gets a story in World news: the prizes and the winners by place. Pilots hidden from the rankings are not named there.
The top three contributors to every completed goal stay on the Hall of Fame on the monthly goal page. The latest completed goal has glass podiums, with contributions and any additional rewards alongside them. On phones, first place appears above second and third. Pilot profiles show tiered theme badges and the monthly goal medalist mark. Pilots hidden from the rankings are not named.
